Sandy Spencer.

Sales Director

Being part of changing lives for an ageing generation is very important to Sandy. He joined Guild Living in a leadership capacity very early on. This ensured we could draw on his experience in setting up sales systems and processes and to frame our market conversations to reflect people’s real concerns. Sandy has a genuine interest in helping others, one of the key qualities we look for in our salespeople. You see it in conversations with his team too, as we look to become a part of the local communities in which our projects are being developed.

Sandy has over nine years’ sales and marketing management experience as well as six years’ experience in property development.

Coming from a large family of architects, Sandy’s early career in property development led him to sales and marketing management roles for some of the largest property and retirement operators in Australia.

His most recent role was National Sales Manager (New Developments) for Aveo Group in Brisbane, where he worked for over five years, and was nominated as the Property Council’s Future Leader of the Year (Retirement Living Australia).

Sandy works closely with the development teams through site acquisition to project launch. He’ll create and implement pre-launch strategies and leads on sales pitches and presentations.
