Environments that enable older people to live their best lives.

Centrally-located, outward-facing communities

Guild Living’s locations are all situated in vibrant town and city centres. They blend inter-generational facilities that are open to the public with world-class care and amenities – so residents can remain at the heart of our lives and communities.

In proud partnership with Legal & General

Flexible options for purchase or rent

We’re committed to speaking in plain English and offering a range of solutions for those wishing to buy or rent – with no hidden costs or ground rents. Our flexible options will range from fully-independent residences to care suites providing 24/7 support, should it be required.

Guild Living at Bath

Guild Living’s plans, submitted to Bath and North East Somerset Council, will regenerate a former retail site overlooking the River Avon into a mixed-use development. The buildings consist of 282 Living Residences, 30 Care Suites and 5 Care Residences, allowing for ageing in place and care security.

Guild Living at Epsom

Guild Living at Epsom consists of 306 Living Residences, 28 Care Suites, and 10 Care Residences. Set over 3.6 acres, the community will link the Hospital and Woodcote Millennium Green by creating a central, landscaped public space – as well as a new cafe, nursery, restaurant and shops to encourage inter-generational living.

Guild Living at Walton-on-Thames

Guild Living is proposing a community in Walton-on-Thames. As part of our aim to deliver over 6,000 new homes in the next five years to meet the UK’s ageing demographic and urbanisation needs, our new location will be a prime 2.5-acre spot in the town centre. We will deliver c.220 new, age-appropriate homes for the local area.

Guild Living Uxbridge

Guild Living at Uxbridge

Proposals see the redevelopment of the 2.3 acre site currently occupied by Halfords and Wickes, just off the Harefield Road. The community’s urban location will enable older people to live independently with its close transport links to central London. The community will also be within walking distance to Uxbridge Common and close to the high street, increasing footfall and boosting local spending.
